Return Policy

Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns:

Standard Orders:

Cancellations can be made by calling us before the order is shipped. Once your order ships, cancellation is not possible. For exchange or return, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number.  Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if the return/exchange was not caused by product defect or our shipping error. We may charge a 10% restocking fee on returns.


Custom Orders: Custom orders can be cancelled at any point before the item is manufactured. Once manufacturing is initiated, the order cannot be cancelled. Please call us to discuss any problems with a custom order. We value your business and want you to be satisfied with our products.  Decisions regarding custom order exchange or return and shipping charges will be determined individually on each case. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.  Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition.

 

Errors or Defects:

If you receive an erroneous or defective product, call us within 5 business days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number and arrangements for full refund or exchange. All shipping charges will be covered by Mick’s Military Shop and credited to your account.
