Shipping:

Most in-stock orders will ship within 5 business days.

Custom orders including plaques and any out of stock items will require additional time. Most custom orders will ship within 12 business days. Out-of-stock items will depend on the efficiency of our suppliers.

Rush orders may be available on some items. E-mail or call regarding any rush order request. Additional charges may apply.

Tracking Orders:

Orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

If you have an on-line account with us, a confirmation number and tracking number is e-mailed to you every time an order is shipped. You can create an on-line account by completing the registration and log in.

 

Privacy: Giving Personal Information On-line:

Your personal information including financial information is protected by Authorize.net

 

Account Password:

If you have forgotten your password, please use the "forgot password" link when signing in, and a new password will be sent to you.

 

Ordering from this Site:  This is a retail site only. No minimum orders are required. 

 

Ordering by Phone:  We will provide assistance in ordering by phone if needed. Please call during business hours. 

 

Engraving:

We reserve the right to refuse engraving of any statement or image considered offensive or inappropriate.

 

Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. 

 

Taxes:  Residents of Missouri ordering from this site are required to pay applicable Missouri sales tax. 

 

Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns:

Standard Orders: Cancellations can be made by calling us before the order is shipped. Once your order ships, cancellation is not possible. For exchange or return, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number.  Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if the return/exchange was not caused by product defect or our shipping error. We may charge a 10% restocking fee on returns.

Custom Orders: Please call to discuss any problems with a custom order. We value your business and want you to be satisfied with our products. Exchange or return and shipping charges will be determined individually on each case. As with all standard items, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.  Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition.

 

Errors or Defects:

If you receive an erroneous or defective product, call us within 5 business days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number and arrangements for full refund or exchange. All shipping charges will be covered by Mick’s Military Shop and credited to your account.
